At Valladolises Bakery, located in an old farmhouse from 1882 in Valladolises, Murcia, we make bread and pastries artisanally, respecting the traditions that have accompanied us for four generations.
Our story began as a humble roadside inn, then a grocery store, and finally transformed into the bakery and pastry shop we are today. The heart of our workshop is a wood-fired Moorish oven, with which we continue baking every day just like in the past.
We are heirs to the culinary customs of Murcia and continue carefully preparing the old traditional recipes that have flavored our land for centuries. Each piece of bread, each pastry, carries with it a part of our history and our commitment to authenticity.
